Freak'n Fit

Freak’n Fit offers year-round strength, agility, and endurance training for youth athletes through their Athlete Performance program.

Come and check out the facility, get to the know the trainers, and participate in a mini workout.

Youth Performance Program consists of: 6-week classes. Testing and results analysis the first and last classes.

Larkins Sports Performance

Summer Programs and Off-season Training:

Our professional staff consists of D3-D1 current and former players, First team All-Americans, and Coaches with NCAA experience. Our format is structured so your athlete is able to attend a 5-day or 12-week long camps, where they will be paired off into groups based on their: age, skillset, and position.

There will be a focus on fundamental development, positional training, speed, strength and agility work, as well as nutritional guidance and injury prevention.  There will be a fun and competitive atmosphere  and offer individualized sports performance, skill and nutritional design and programming.
